This walkthrough covers the main story path in order, chapter by chapter, so you can jump straight to wherever you're stuck. A few later chapters have sequencing details we're still firming up against the source wiki — those are marked clearly rather than presented as certain.
Chapter 0: Prologue - Nova Ranch
Nova Ranch / Route 1
As a small child, the player character (Kay or Alice) walks with father Versil near Nova Ranch and receives a starter Pokémon found unexpectedly on the path to Route 1. Versil disappears shortly after. The story then timeskips eleven years; the protagonist, now old enough to journey, battles mother Clover to prove their readiness and sets out from Nova Ranch to search for their missing father.

The Xenoverse (alternate dimension)
Sequencing not fully confirmed
Some details of this chapter's exact placement/sequence are moderate-confidence rather than fully confirmed — the broad story beat is accurate, but exact ordering relative to neighboring events may shift.
The story converges on the Xenoverse, the alternate dimension imprisoning the legendary Dragalisk. Versil reveals Team Dimension's full plan and his role as Commander; he sacrifices himself to partially destroy the Xenoverse and bait Dragalisk. Dragalisk then forcibly fuses with another entity, Luxflon, becoming the primordial being Vakuum. Trey, revealed to carry an explosive implant, chooses to detonate himself to save the others and further damage Dragalisk. The player's starter unlocks its Astral Form to fight Vakuum, joined by Alice/Kay (the non-chosen counterpart), Aster, and Trey (prior to his sacrifice).
Chapter 13: Post-Game - Professor Status and Furious Battles
Eldiw region-wide / Shinobi Island and other post-game areas
Sequencing not fully confirmed
The exact order/numbering of post-game Battle Passes could not be confirmed from available sources — the content below is accurate at the level of "this exists and is unlocked post-game," but treat the specific pass order as approximate.
After the credits, the protagonist's status as the region's official Pokémon Professor is formalized (succeeding Aster, who becomes Champion). Post-game content is delivered as the 'Furious Battles' DLC, structured into sequential Battle Passes: Pass 1 unlocks Shinobi Island (via defeating Taraxo on Route 13 and obtaining a Shinobi Ticket from merchant Eusen), where Prof. Aster and Looker task the player with fighting Fury-possessed Pokémon. Later passes include 'Bestial Furies' (Pass 2, centered on Mega Evolution and six boss Mega Pokémon), 'Dark Passion' (Pass 3), and 'The Song of Memory' (Pass 4/5, a restrictive Memory Tournament arc).
