Hadwarf City
Hadwarf City is the first Gym city in Eldiw, nicknamed "The City of Never-Ending Sun." It hosts the Grass-type Hadwarf Gym led by Basil (Root Badge) and the region's Pokémon Laboratory, directed by Professor Aster, where the player receives their starter Pokémon and can purchase Xeno Balls.
How to Reach It
Connected to the north with Stardust Beach and to the east with Route 1.

Story Relevance
On the player's first arrival, a fire breaks out near the crossroads; it is extinguished when Aster arrives riding his Suicune, marking the player's introduction to him. The city's Lab is also where post-game gift Pokémon (Croakling, Inflant, or Chiripe) can later be obtained from Aster.
